At the beginning of the year, I was asked to create a film for the Business Support team. The client wanted to highlight two key things: the importance of Business Support within the organization, and the opportunities for personal growth and development within that track.

Through Leigh’s story, we showed how she transitioned from the Sydney office to Amsterdam, and how IMC actively supported that move. Her journey offers insight into the company culture and the freedom to shape your own path when you take initiative.

With Edjaz, we focused on how he is pursuing a Master’s degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam alongside his role, again highlighting the support provided to make this possible. Together, these stories reflect a culture where ambition is encouraged and where there are genuine opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally.
